Page 7 - Build Phase 7 - Educator One's final stages of painting and assembly

Rolling Chassis Rebuild Starts Here. All chroming for Educator One was provided by Adams Plating Co., Lansing, MI. All powder coating for Educator One was provided by Elite Electro Coaters, Lansing, MI.

E1's frame is back from Eaton Auto Body.

The front straight axle assembly provided by Super Bell has come back from the chrome shop and has been installed onto the frame, a special thanks to Adams's Plating.

The chassis is all together now, and we are getting ready to install the wheels.

John and Taroe are checking out Educator Ones rolling chassis.

Complete drilled I-beam axle, super stopper vented rotor, polished 4-piston calipers, and the finned aluminum backing plates were provided by Super Bell Axle Co.

Here you can see the polished 4-piston calipers and the finned aluminum backing plates that we painted to match the color of the frame and body.

Rear housing provided by John's 9" Factory, four link bars provided by Chassis Engineering, and rear coil over shocks provided by Aldan Shock Absorber Co.

Educator One's motor has a fresh paint job to match the car!

Dave, John, Chris and Taroe are working together installing E1's motor.

Educator one is now equipped with its motor, transmission and headers along with a new EFI system from Professional Products. Headers provided by Sanderson Headers.

What a great pair - Brittney and Cragar Classic Wheels. Wheels were provided by Cragar Classic Wheels.

The POWERJECTION III - EFI system from Professional Products comes as a complete package everything we needed to install it was right there. It has an adaptive learning feature built in it that fine tunes our car as we drive it. It looks great, and performs well.

E1's body has a fresh coat of paint. The paint was provided by PPG. Special thanks to Jeff Griffen from PPG Industries. Special thanks to Mike Crowner - owner of Eaton Auto Body and his staff.

The head lights, tail lights, license plate frame, steel buckets, E-brake handle, and many other parts were provided by Yogi's, Inc.

Educator One is starting to come together. The headers provided by Sanderson Headers, wiring provided by American Autowire, and the A/C was provided by Vintage Air.

Be Cool Inc. has provided Educator One's aluminum radiator and A/C condenser.

Stage four the console has been painted.

Special thanks to Matt Bednarski for working with us on the custom console. Thermalsound Direct has provided the Q-Mat Sound Deadener for inside E1.

The top has been re-installed, along with the grill that was provided by Alumicarft, Inc. and the grill shell was provided by Brookville Roaster.

Gary Price has donated his services and skills to teach everyone at SRF how to properly install the wiring for Educator One. Special thanks to Gary.

Check out this cool oil filter! The filter inside is a stainless steel mesh, it cleans up with soap and water. It has a magnet inside to catch little metal particles. Powerfilter oil filter was provided by Professional Products.

The steering wheel was provided by Lecarra Steering Wheel. The hood was provided by Rootlieb, Inc. The hood bracing, and hood latch was provided by Dan Fink Metal Works.
